ŌBDO Blanco Mulled wine

Ingredients

  • 25 ml ŌBDO gin

  • 500 ml dry white wine

  • thumb sized ginger (sliced into rounds)

  • 5 star anise

  • 50 ml fresh lemon juice 

  • 1 orange (sliced)

  • 1 apple (cut into pieces)

  • sugar to taste

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 500 ml apple juice

Method

Add all the ingredients, except juices, in a saucepan for a few hours to soak. Then add apple and lemon juice and heat to the desired temperature.

Serve hot.
