​ŌBDO Sour

Ingredients

  • 50 ml ŌBDO Four gin or ŌBDO gin

  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice

  • 15 ml simple syrup

  • 1 egg white or 4 drops of egg white substitute - Foamee

Method

Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Double-strain into a glass and garnish with orange zest.
