OBDO gin provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Delivery territory

 

• We deliver beverages throughout Latvia.

• Deliveries to Europe are made by UPS.

Delivery time

 

• We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order.  

• We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your order but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. Y

• You need to keep the receipt of the delivered product in case of future discussions with us about it.

• After placing an order and successful payment, delivery will be made within 3-4 working days in Latvia and 7-10 days within Europe

• You can order 24 hours a day via the online shop. Order confirmation will be sent during the working day from 10:00 to 17:00.

• When your order is completed and handed to the courier, you will receive information by your e-mail.

• During sales, delivery may take a little longer than usual.

• The delivery address should be as detailed as possible. You must provide any additional information required, such as the door code, to enable the courier to make the delivery at the promised time. If the address is incorrect or inaccurate, the delivery time may be extended.

• Be sure to check that you have provided the correct telephone number.

• The courier has the right to ask for proof of identity (passport, ID card or driving licence) at the time of delivery to verify the identity and age of the recipient and to record the last 5 digits of the document number.

Delivery charge

 

We deliver in standard packaging with the following charge: 

​

• Free delivery for items within Latvia over EUR 50.00 (including VAT)

• For orders Delivery fee in Riga - 5 EUR (including VAT)

• Delivery fee outside Riga - 8 EUR (including VAT)

• Deliveries to Europe - according to UPS price catalogue

• Please be aware that additional custom charges and other fees might apply depending on your location outside Latvia.

 

Order pick-up at OBDO Gin store

 

• Orders can be picked up at the OBDO Gin production shop at Miera iela 29/31, Riga, LV-1001, Latvia, on weekdays, between 10:00-17:00.

• Please wait for confirmation of order availability before going to the store.

• Upon receipt of your order, we will ask you to show your ID and provide your order number.

 

Additional information

 

• You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.

• You must be 18 years of age to place and receive an order, and you must present your ID card or passport when you receive your order.

• OBDO Gin Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order with prior notice to the customer. In this case, OBDO Gin SIA will refund the customer for the order if the payment has already been made by the customer to the account of OBDO Gin SIA;
