​ŌBDO Fizz


  • 50 ml ŌBDO gin or ŌBDO Four gin

  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice

  • 10 ml simple syrup

  • 1 egg white or  3 to 4 drops of egg white substitute - Foamee

  • 70 ml soda water


Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Double-strain into a glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with linden flower.
