ŌBDO ADORE is a London Dry Gin that captures the warmth of a Latvian midsummer meadow, where 12 hand-picked botanicals are distilled together in a single shot to preserve every bright, fleeting note.
The name ADŌRE carries the Latvian sense of deep respect and affection, a word reserved for things you don't just like, but genuinely love.
The nose blooms immediately with ripe quince and fresh citrus peel, before chamomile drifts in, softening everything it touches.
On the palate, juniper takes its rightful lead, but gives a generous space to a delicately fruity heart where quince and zesty citrus oils blend in an easy balance. A gentle floral mid-tone — think chamomile and linden blossoms — adds a calming, honey like, almost sun-warmed herbaceousness that keeps the spirit elegant without ever becoming heavy.
At 43.5% ABV, this is a gin that pours golden in spirit if not in colour — bright enough to lift a simple tonic serve, refined enough to sip slowly and notice something new each time.
