the palate opens with classic juniper authority, then softens into layered herbaceous mid-notes - rich bud greens, a whisper of aromatic leaf and tickling cardamom, - before a subtly sweet, meadowsweet and floral, finish lingers on the tongue, that feels both familiar and quetly unexpected.
Each small batch is single-shot distilled in a traditional copper pot still, meaning every drop carries the full, uncompromised character of its botanicals. At 43.7% ABV, it sits at the sweet spot where botanical complexity holds its shape neat, yet opens beautifully over ice or in a considered tonic serve.
