ŌBDO NEGRŌNI is the cocktail classics reimagined through a Northern lens - a ready-to-drink blend where the botanically rich ŌBDO SŌUL gin meets carefully selected best Italian sweet vermouth and a handpicked bitter liqueur, all balanced in-house by the same hands that distil the spirit itself.
On the nose, the unexpected emerges: rosehip fruit - tart, bright, and distinctly Latvian - weaving through the warm herbal depth of vermouth and familiar Negroni bitterness.
The palate delivers that beloved bitter-sweet, yet the 18 botanicals of ŌBDO SŌUL gin hold their ground, adding juniper backbone and layered herbaceous complexity that a standard Negroni simply cannot reach.
Blackcurrant notes surface on the mid-palate, rich and subtly jammy, complimenting with a Northern berry darkness that bridges the gin's herbal character with the liqueur's bitter edge in a way that feels both original and inevitable.
